Apple Butter 2010 November 6, 2010

A huge thanks to everyone who came to peel apples and make apple butter this weekend. We made 103 quarts, 136 pints, and 21 jelly jars of apple butter. Check out the pictures!
Youth Sunday Highlights February 6, 2010

On January 31, the youth of the church took care of the morning worship services. This happens every month that contains a fifth Sunday. In addition to performing the normal tasks associated with the service, the youth teach Sunday School classes. Youth Leader and Deacon, Jesse Nott, brought the morning message. Kamille Bonecutter provided the special music by singing Twila Paris’ “Warrior is a Child.” Kamille, as well as all the youth, did a great job serving our Lord during this special service.
Food Pantry Blessings January 28, 2010

Every month, the dedicated Food Pantry Team shops, bags, and distributes food to an average of 100 families. Thank you Mickie Painter, Johnny and Ruth Hayman, Josh Turner, and everyone who contributes for giving your time and effort to this important ministry.
And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” John 6:35

Sunday School: Sunday from 10 am to 10:45 am Classes from Nursery to Adult – There is something for everyone at Jackson Avenue!
Morning Worship: Sunday from 11 am until noon (or however long the Lord leads!)
Sunday and Wednesday Evening Services are from 7 pm until 8 pm
